How to remote using PAM (for Vendor)
- Go to PAM portal https://pa.spsetia.com.my
Login this portal using your team shared PAM account.
This account is different with your VPN account. It will start with pam.vendor.xxxx
- It will show you this page. Click S P Setia folder.
- Next folder shows which Site you are allowed to:
- Next folder shows which Applications you are allowed to:
- Finally here shows which Server you are allowed access to. Click the Play button (▶︎) to request access to the specific server that you need to remote in.
- A pop-up will appear, prompting you to enter the request details as specified below. Once you enter the details properly, click the Request button. Your requests may be rejected if the reasons are unrelated or if the duration requested is excessively long.
Note1: Provide the reason in AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE!
Note2: The duration requested cannot be more than 14 days.
- You can check your request status here:
Management > My Workflows > Status
Request status:
Active: means the request is still NOT Approved.
Approved: means the request is Approved.
Rejected: means the request is Rejected.
Completed: means the request was Approved but the period is already ended.
8.If your request is already approved, you can refer back to step 5, and click the (▶︎) Play button again to initiate the session. Another window for the remote session will popup.
