Solution: Failed to Verify OTP
If you face issue of verifying OTP during signing authentication, it might be due to your phone/mobile device's date & time settings.
Symptoms:
1) When authenticate signature in web browser, error message "Failed to verify OTP" shown.
2) When authenticating signature using mobile app, error message "Error with TOTP verification. Please try again." shown.
Solution:
1) Check your device's date & time settings.
2) Set your date & time settings to "Set Automatically"

Enable the "Set Automatically" button
