Invite Participants
Note: The Projector with build in Microsoft Teams equipment only available at the meeting rooms below (HQ)
- Level 5: Meeting Room 2
- Level 7: Teleconference Room
- During the meeting, locate and click on the "Show participants" icon, usually represented by an icon with two people
- In the Participants panel, you can search for a participant by typing their name. Once you find the participant, click on "Request to join" to join the meeting
Note: In the Participants panel, you can search for internal staff members by typing their name. However, external visitors cannot be searched or found in this participants panel
