Connect to Projector with Portable Equipment

Switch on projector using remote control.
Attach the power cable and USB to the portable equipment.
Power on portable equipment.
Establish a connection between the laptop and the portable device by inserting the USB cable.

Access the laptop and join the Teams Meeting.
Within the Teams meeting, navigate to the three-dot menu, choose "Settings" and then select "Device Settings".
Opt for the Polycom Studio Audio as the preferred option for both Speaker and Microphone.
