Download Completed Documents
For all completed documents, it is best to keep a copy in your local drive or save it in company shared drive (Teams/Sharepoint).
You will receive an email when a document is completed. Hence, there are two ways for you to download a copy.
- Download from a link in the Document Completed email notification
- Download from Signing Cloud web portal
Pre-requisites:
- Documents that you wish to download must have completely signed by all signers.
- Documents that are in other status than "Completed" cannot be downloaded.
- You must be one of the document recipients if you wish to download.
Download Completed Document from Email Notification
Step 1: Open the Document Completed email.
Step 2: Click View Document button.
Step 3: Click Download icon (blue-cloud icon), to download a copy of the document.
Download Completed Document from Signing Cloud web portal
Step 1: Login to Signing Cloud web portal.
Step 2: Go to Documents > Completed
Step 3: Look for the document that you wish to download. Click Download icon (blue-cloud icon) in the document row, to download a copy of the document.
