Sign using Mobile App
Pre-requisites:
- You must have a document sent to you first
- Install Signing Cloud mobile app in your device
Step 1: Login to your mobile app.
Step 2: In Home tab, tap Sign Now.
Step 3: Look for the document that you wish to sign.
Step 4: You may preview the document first, by tapping the document name.
To sign the document, tap Sign button. Otherwise, if you wish to reject it, tap Reject button.
Step 5: Look for the signature box that you need to sign. Apply your default signature in the signature box and complete other signature inputs available in the document (if any). Then, tap Sign button.
Step 6: You will need to authenticate yourself to complete the signing process. If you opt for OTP verification, a 6-digits OTP code will appear which you will need to click Confirm.
If you opt for Push Verification method, the app will request you to authenticate yourself using facial ID/finger print (depending on your device settings).
Step 7: Document status will be updated accordingly once the signing is completed.
