Clearing Browser Cache
This is a solution for:
- Invisible signature for signed documents - view using web browser (from web portal or email link)
- Double signature view in a document - view using web browser (from web portal or email link)
Steps to clear browser cache (Google Chrome)
1. Open Google Chrome. Click ellipsis at the top-right corner of the window > History > History. Or you can use shortcut key (CTRL + H).
2. On the left panel, click Clear browsing data.
3. Change the Time Range to "All time" > Tick "Cached images and files" > Click Clear data.
Steps to clear browser cache (Microsoft Edge)
1. Open Microsoft Edge. Click the ellipsis as shown at the top-right corner of the window > History. Or you can use shortcut key (CTRL + H).
2.You will then see your browser history in a small pop-up window. Click the ellipsis shown in the pop-up window > click Clear browsing data.
3.Change the Time range to "All time" > Tick "Cached images and files" > click Clear now
