Issue: Unable To Access Internet
Step 1: Click on the Windows start button.
Step 2: Type "GlobalProtect" and click on the icon.
Step 3: Click on the bar icon.
Step 4: Select "Refresh Connection" and wait until it's connected.
Step 5: Verify if you able to access internet.
