Due to MBB2 sinking fund account is not in bank account of Module Setup->Phase

1. Currently account selection of misc. receipt is showing the default bank account in phase setup.

In order to add MBB2 sinking fund account, HOF / PMC HQ may insert at System setup / Phase page. Select phase and click on Bank Detail

2. Click Insert and select bank account
