How to map the shared folder
Please follow the steps to map the shared folder:
1. Sign out of Windows or Reboot your computer.
2. Re-login to your Windows or Computer
3. Open File Explorer and Right-Click This PC
4. Click the Map network drive
5. Copy the path authorized for you. Example as below:
\\MYSCTXXX\Groups\XXXX
6. Paste the correct path you copy into the 'Folder'. Tick 'Connect using different credentials'
7. If using SPSetia account, you may key-in directly the account/user name.
8. if using Local account/username, put '.\' before you type in.
9. If you cannot open the folder, and see these pop-up as image below, follow the next step:
10. Open Command Prompt as Administrator. Type 'Net Use'
11. Delete every net path to the server. Example of the command as below:
12. Check again any net session. If all clear, the result will shows like this:
13. Re-do the step 3 to 6.
14. If successful, your mapped folder/drive will shown in the Network locations like this:
