VP letter date / VP Billing Date is Blank
"VP Letter Date" is a compulsory field to retrieve "Stakeholder Analysis Details Report". In order to print Stakeholder Analysis Detail Report (SPS), please update the VP Letter Date in unit maintenance if it's blank.
VP Letter Date / Billing Date can be updated by click on "Bulk Alternation" button. This button is accessible by S&M Manager / HOD.
It might be the VP=Y in township profile is set after generating the VP billing.
If that case, system will not update the VP Billing date during generating the VP billing.
Please make sure VP=Y is set correctly in township profile before generate VP statement.
