To generate advanced billing for July
Menu: Billing > Recurring Charges
Action: If you want to generate advanced billing for July, you will need to generate base on the following criteria:
Effective date = 1/6, next notify = 1/6, Advanced = 1, Frequency = 1
Once generate detail, it will appear under To do list > June
Once you posted, the Next Bill date and next notify date will be changed to 1/7/2017.
Recur charges for batches
If user want to generate advanced billing for July - Sep, you will need to generate 3 recur charges base on the following criteria:
Effective date = 1/6, next notify = 1/6, Advanced = 1, Frequency = 3
Effective date = 1/6, next notify = 1/6, Advanced = 2, Frequency = 3
Effective date = 1/6, next notify = 1/6, Advanced = 3, Frequency = 3
Once you posted for Frequency = 3 months, the Next Bill date will be changed to 1/9/2017.
Below is the example for Advanced 3 months:
In To Do list:
Once you posted, the Next Bill date will be changed to 1/9/2017.
In invoice report, the bill date will be 1/7/2017, whereas the Due date will be in 3 different months.
Please take note user is required to re-generate detail and post recur charges for the next generation.
