Below is the step-by-step guide on how to update your email sign-off:

Insert the attached GIF banner as a picture in a new email to replace with the existing banner.

Copy your email sign-off.

Go to Message, then Signatures to paste your email sign-off.

Click Save and OK once you have inserted the updated email sign-off.
