eAccess - First Time Login
Purpose: To apply for application access,
Access to https://eaccess.spsetia.com.my/
For first time login, user will need to key in 6-digit employee No, user name (same as windows/ email login ID) and password.
Once you click <Login>, system will link your profile based on employee No and User name.
Note: Kindly contact Digital Helpdesk or email to gdhelpdesk@spsetia.com if you unable to access after login.
Page 1 - Requisition Form
In <Requisition Form>, select <System Name>, and fill in all details.
For submit on behalf, kindly change the <Requestor>.
For new user, fill in all details in <Access Info> and click <Add>
For existing user, scroll down and click <Edit> on your last submission.
Amend the login detail, click <Save> button, follow by <Submit> button.
Page 2 - Routing Process
Click Edit button to select your supervisor (Can be Manager / HOD / GM).
Select your supervisor from the drop-down list and click <Save> button.
Click <Submit> button to submit your application.
