Unable to access application - to refresh VPN - GlobalProtect
If you are existing user of the application and hitting the following errors when access, try to refresh VPN - GlobalProtect.
Error message: Checking the Proxy and the firewall

- In <Taskbar>, right click on <GlobalProtect> icon.

- Click on <Refresh>.
- Close your browser and try to access the application again.
Note: Kindly submit access right request @ https://eaccess.spsetia.com.my/ if you don't have access to the application.
