Microsoft Online Self-service Password Reset
1. Open this Self-service password reset URL at any device's browser such as Mobile Phone, Tablet or Personal Laptop:

2. Enter Setia Email Address and the Characters show in the picture then click Next
3. Choose I forgot my password then click Next
4. You may choose Text or call to your register mobile number
5. Enter the full phone number
6. Enter the new password. (Note: Passwords must meet complexity requirements)
- Please comply the password complexity security policy as below:
- Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters
- DO NOT put your first name or your last name in your password. Please choose other words.
- DO NOT reused the previous passwords.
- Be at least 8 characters in length
- Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
- English uppercase characters (A through Z)
- English lowercase characters (a through z)
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
- Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)
- Complexity requirements are enforced when passwords are changed or created.
