- Login to Canon photocopier with access card or PIN code. Refer to here on how to login.
- Click on <Copy> icon.
- Click on <Option> icon.
- Go to Page 4 in the Option screen.
- Click on <Copy ID Card>.
- Follow steps shown in control panel on how to place an ID card on the platen glass.
Click <Start> to scan the front side.
Turn the card over, then click the <Start>.

Collect the printout from the tray.
